Kayaking on Danzy Buchanan Park
Danzy Buchanan Park lived up to its reputation as the “playground
of the Village” last week with a new form or recreation in Kayaking
across a flooded playground.
At the time of writing, the Tennis Court was carrying some pine
bark from surrounding gardens whilst the basketball court had
overland flow and kayaks passing by.
To date, the Park has escaped any significant damage, although
a clean up will be required later in the week.
