October Skate Night - A Great Night For The Kids

BONZER NIGHT AT MANGO HILL SKATE NIGHT

On 2nd October, despite the uncertainty of the weather at the time,
Mango Hill Families came out in droves for their local Skate Night, held at
       the Community Hall.

It was an amazing number of kids (over 80) who skated, danced and
wheeled around the tennis court with our DJ (Brent Alley) pumping out
the music for the games on the court. (inc musical chairs and Monte
       Carlo.)

The numbers were so great that two columns of kids were necessary to
keep the line of “Limbo” skaters active and flowing under the Limbo Bar!

Frisbies were hurled around the court to collect the scattered chocolate
prizes whilst Mum (Sandy) took out the “Roses” Chocs as 1st Prize in the
       Raffle.

Thanks go to all our wonderful Volunteers who set up and cleaned up,
cooking heaps of snags and pancakes and serving drinks. Out on the
court, Debbie & Karla led the crowd of Mums/Dads and Kids for a wide
       ranging dance routine.

A big shout out goes to DJ Brent Alley and his team for his great support
       and wonderful music selections.
