Spinnaker Park
NEWPORT Spinnaker Park, also known as Livvi’s Place, is a large, fully fenced
playground in Newport.
Children will be kept entertained with slides, swings, a fort,
climbing nets, balancing equipment and plenty of sand play
opportunities. Not far outside the fenced area is toilets and a
water play area with shooting water fountains.

If you have a little one learning to ride, this play area is the
place for you. It has a large, circular path surrounded by open
grassy spaces, which is great if your little one veers of course.
An unfenced playground with a rocking boat, slide, climbing net
and toddler area is nearby, as well as picnic facilities and toilets.

The Blue Park
This sand-based park is a climber’s paradise. The outstanding 2.2% Commission
water views from this park are even better when you climb to the
top of the climbing net. Plenty of picnic spots, tables, barbeques
and shady trees surround this unfenced playground. A nice, wide Furniture Packages Available
path follows the waterfront and is the ideal spot for a leisurely
walk or scoot after you have finished at the park.

Scarborough Beach Park
It doesn’t get any better than this fully fenced playground by the SCARBOROUGH
Bay, which has two themed play areas, Pirate Park and Railway
Place. Equipment includes a stationary train, boat, climbing
structures, sand play, slides, swings and well-established cotton
trees, which are ideal for climbing. There is also a jumping pillow,
basketball court, bike paths and the ‘Gollum Tree’ nearby. Many
picnic spots, barbeques, toilet facilities, cafes and shady trees
surround the park, making it a perfect destination for a day of
family fun by the water.

Pelican Park
CLONTARF/WOODY POINT The large area called Pelican Park is right by the water in Clontarf
and, as the name suggests, is home to lots of pelicans. There are
two fully fenced playgrounds containing swings, slides, forts
and flying foxes, as well as a separate liberty swing (key required
from Visitor Centre.) The surrounding area is perfect for a paddle,
play in the sand, a picnic or fish and chips. Toilets are located
Pelican Park nearby at the Visitors Centre.

Redcliffe Parkour Park
Children will be jumping and climbing all over this purpose-
built parkour park with obstacles including vaults, poles, beams,
climbing walls and frames. The park is surrounded by plenty
of picnic spots, a playground, has gorgeous water views and is
Redcliffe Parkour Park definitely a spot to expel some energy. Toilets are located nearby.

Pine Rivers Park
Pine Rivers Park has long been a firm favourite among northside STRATHPINE
families and is easy to spend hours at this sprawling park. There
are several playgrounds (fenced and unfenced) with climbing
frames, slides, flying fox, swings, maze and pedal powered trains
surrounded by lots of greenspace, walking tracks, shady trees
and picnic spots. Toilets facilities are provided. Pine Rivers Park
