‘S Wonderful
to be a
Member of
a Choir
The members of the Redcliffe City Choir
are thrilled to be rehearsing once again
following a break after their round of
Christmas concerts in 2021, and are now
enthusiastically preparing for their first
concert for 2022 to be held in May.
The concert , which will be held in the Senior
Citizens Hall, Redcliffe on Sunday 15th May,
will showcase songs of love and romance.
This year we introduce our new conductor ,
David O’Keeffe. David is a professional singer,
voice teacher, musical educator and choral
director, and has had many years experience
conducting choirs.
Redcliffe City Choir is a Community Choir
which was formed in 1985 with the aim to
encourage and develop fine choral singing.
The choir practises at Freshwater Anglican
Church, Deception Bay every Monday evening
from 7.15pm to 9.30pm, and would be very
happy to welcome new members who enjoy
choral singing.
If you think that you would like to sing with
us, but are still not quite sure, come along to
a rehearsal to meet choir members and our
conductor and join us while we practise.
