Moreton Central Fire Station Ground Works Commence

Following many years of advocacy by members of the Mango
Hill Progress Association and many others, it was a very
positive sign to see the first sods of soil turned over in March
on the site of the newly named Moreton Central Fire Station at
Steel St in Narangba.

Given the commitment of the Government to have this
station operational in the current term, there is expectation of
building works being completed by late 2023 and the Mango
Hill Progress Association looks forward to that day when the
vision of our members over the past decade will see the new
Fire Station in full operation for the safety of our community.
