International Womens’ Day Mango Hill Women Of Year


       With International Women’s Day being celebrated around the world on 8th March, the Mango Hill Progress Association
       nominated our Life Member and 20 year Volunteer, Debbie Garth as our nominee to the Mango Hill Market Place’s Women of
       the Year Program.

       The Progress Association is pleased to announce that the following citation was received from Setty Ferdousian, Regional Marketing
       Manager of the Mango Hill Market Place announcing Debbie as the Award Winner for Mango Hill for 2023.

                                                                 Debbie  Garth  has dedicated  herself  to helping  her
                                                                 community in so many ways.

                                                                 Debbie is a valued Leader in the activities of the Mango Hill
                                                                 Progress Association and was awarded Life Membership of
                                                                 the Association in February 2022.

                                                                  In her career, Debbie Garth has been a  “Carer” both
                                                                 professionally and as a volunteer in the community.

                                                                 Since  2020,  Debbie  has operated an  independent small
                                                                 business (Debbie’s  Transport) for Disability Groups and
                                                                 Individuals under the NDIS.

                                                                 In August 2022, Debbie also accepted an additional
                                                                 volunteer role in managing the operations of the Mango Hill
                                                                 Tennis & Basketball Courts to facilitate community access.

                                                                 Debbie Garth is a worthy winner of the 2023 Mango Hill
                                                                 Market Place Mango Hill Woman of the Year.
